At Teakisi, we believe that promoting the access to digital skills can bring many benefits to our community.

Teakisi delivers the Basic Digital Skills programme to help individuals and organisations develop skills that are essential for the digital aspects of our professional work and for the online routines of people in their everyday lives. This scheme is ideal for those who have no or low digital skills; are only starting to use digital technology; and those who want to better understand the online etiquette.

What do we mean by ‘Essential Digital Skills’?

  • Using devices and handling information in a safe way;
  • Creating and editing;
  • Communicating through online channels;
  • Making online transactions;
  • Being safe and avoiding risks online.
